MEEC has had an agreement with Microsoft since July 1999. This program allows MEEC institutions to acquire desktop applications, operating system upgrades, and MS Enterprise Core Client Access Licenses at greatly reduced prices.
The current Microsoft agreement began on August 1, 2023, and will end on July 31, 2028. Bell Techlogix was awarded year one of that agreement. The award for the remaining four years is still under review.
