McAfee Timeline and Paperwork - Year 3!Welcome to the third year of the MEEC McAfee AV Agreement.This year we only have one form that is due back to Bell. It is the MEEC AV True-Up Form and will be emailed to each participating institution in May. The form is due back to Bell shortly thereafter (please note instructions on each document you receive). This form will confirm contact information and a breakdown of what McAfee Suite you are interested in obtaining to best protect your environment. The information from this form will allow Bell Industries to create a quote for your renewal order and have up to date contact information. Purchase orders (or other arrangements such as with a procurement card) are due to Bell prior to July 1st 2008, we will accept them prior to that date. Don't leave school for the season without taking care of your program renewals and payment. McAfee year 4 rates go into effect 8.1.2008.
